That is because the first quantities of dried whole red sweet peppers are being dried in the chamber dryers of the company. THE HARVEST OF THE STANEY PLUM VARIETY HAS STARTED
Last week the harvesting of the STANLEY plum variety has commenced in the orchards of INEX AGRO Ltd. near Slaveykovo. The STANLEY plum is suitable for the fresh market as well as for drying. The company is selling fresh plums to the public. Please contact us in case of interest.
THE HARVEST OF CHACHANSKA LEPOTITSA PLUM VARIETY HAS STARTED
As of the beginning of this week we are harvesting the plum variety Chachanska Lepotitsa. This plum variety is very good not only for direct consumption but also for making jam and rakia.
We hope that as of mid-August we shall start the drying campaign of the red sweet peppers.
Meeting thje processors of fruit and vegetables
INEX AGRO Ltd. will part in the meeting of the members of the Union of the processors of fruit and vegetables in Bulgaria which will take place on June 6th in the village of Markovo, Plovdiv region. . We hope that the fresh plums grown by the company will find their warm welcome the processors.

The drying of plums has been completed
Last week we finished the process of drying fresh plums. Now we start with rehydration and packaging. As of October we will be happy to offer to our partners dried plums from the new season.
